THE JOURNEY SO FAR

Experience

  1. I started in graphic design, building a strong foundation in visual communication through freelance graphic and web design projects, before transitioning into interaction design with a focus on HCI and digital experiences.

  2. I Focused on product design while exploring emerging technologies including AI, VR, and AR. I worked as a UX researcher at NYU’s Marron Institute, shaping my approach as a product designer focused on turning new technologies into meaningful human experiences.

  3. Redesigned Wayfair’s high-traffic navigation experience, translating behavioral research into a polished visual and interaction system for a component receiving 2.5M+ monthly clicks.

  4. Designed scalable UI and AI-powered healthcare experiences for Epic Tapestry, serving 300M+ patients. Led visual design, prototyping, AI evaluation, and UX research across 20+ initiatives, launching 6 products and supporting major enterprise sales.

  5. Led product and visual design for Insigmind’s agentic AI sourcing platform, crafting AI interactions, UI systems, and global web experiences for 10K+ users while driving ~6.5% Google CTR and a 4.6× higher conversion baseline.

About Me

I didn’t come to AI just because I was fascinated by the technology—I came because I was curious about the people who have to live with it. My work lives at the intersection of innovation and empathy. I ask: What does it take for someone to trust a machine? How do we make complexity feel intuitive? How can we help users feel in control, even when the system is smarter than them? Whether it's healthcare, automotive, or creative tools, I bring a human-centered approach to AI, continuing to serve the users in a future heavily directed by technology.
